Mark Perkell, Esq.

Mark is a legal and business adviser who offers his services to business clients primarily in start-up to mid-stage development. He advises and guides business people and entrepreneurs on a wide array of critical topics including: strategic business development, intellectually property, regulatory and strategic partner/joint venture relationships, business entity formation (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, LLC’s), contract negotiation and drafting.

Mark has a deep understanding of his clients’ issues and they come from a wide array of industries including technology, telecommunications, government services, health & wellness and other product or service oriented businesses.

Mark has over 35 years as an attorney including experience as General Counsel to:

• Athena Technology - an innovative technology start up,
• CityNet - a unique fiber optic installation and network company,
• Long Distance North - a fast track telecommunications company

He also is the former New England Regional Counsel and Senior Regulatory Attorney for Frontier Communications. Additional business experience includes being General Manager of Interpath, a telecom division of Carolina Light & Power Co. Mark currently serves as a strategic advisor to the Public Technology Institute in Washington, DC and is a board member of CCTV and The Good Earth Singers and a board advisor to Outreach for Earth Stewardship.

His years of experience as a business insider in his respective in-house general counsel roles make him uniquely skilled at:
